I am looking for a roommate for a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom xxxx-sqft apartment in Westminster from May 7 for a 12-month lease. My prospective roommate just backed out on me due to circumstances outside of his control, hence the late notice! The price would be $702.30 + $30 (internet) + other utilities per month. The first month is a little higher ($719.17 + application fee ($50)). You also have to apply to and be accepted at Estates at Tanglewood, the apartment complex. The layout will be a Dillon apartment, second floor (see the and look under 2 Bedroom). (Yes, that IS a Roman/Garden tub in your private bathroom!) The place has two pools, two hottubs, two fitness centers (1 is 24/7), valet trash service, a club house with pool, and great apartments. I will be adopting a cat so that has to be okay with you. Carports and garages available for $25 or $65 respectively per month (I will not be getting one). W/D in unit. Big open kitchen with nice appliances and balcony. I am a quiet young woman working with CU-Boulder's PER group this summer (I graduate this spring) and continuing my work in the fall if all goes well. While not a very social person, I am willing to make friends. No smoking - pot or cigs - allowed for medical reasons (thus I am -not- 4/20 friendly). Mild drinking if of legal age is fine; I just don't do it myself. I love cooking and baking. Roommate should be relatively clean and quiet (especially at night), respective of boundaries, and cat-neutral or cat-lovers (I'm willing to share!).
