Looking for room
I am looking for a clean, private room with a bed. As long as there is wifi, a bathroom, kitchen, and place to hang out with guests, I will be just fine. Cable, balconies, pools, gym memberships, laundry machines, etc are all things I would like but don't really need. I would prefer it to be in downtown Denver, next to all the bars and 16th st mall. Must be clean, private, centrally located, and secure. Am open to setting up some house rules and expectations so we have a general understanding of what both renter and rentee require.
