I am looking to relocate from Arkansas to the Denver area. I am a nurse practitioner whom will be working in a pediatric office in Parker Colorado but I am willing to travel to work every day. I have 2 children ages 2 and 4 both girls who will be with my and my husband will be following eventually after our current home sells. I am looking for cheap and short term until I decide where we will be longterm and can afford more after arkansas house sells. Willing to negotiate on these points though. Need something available quickly and must be non-smoking
